All products sold by Triple G under the Gary Got Goods brand are liquidation, overstock, shelf-pulls, or salvaged goods, and are sold strictly on an "AS-IS," "WHERE-IS," and "FINAL SALE" basis. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or condition of any product, except as explicitly stated in writing. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.

2. Condition Disclosures & Grading

Because our Gary Got Goods inventory consists of wholesale liquidation and off-season merchandise, packaging may occasionally display cosmetic wear, dents, tears, price stickers, or open seals. While the underlying product is inspected to the best of our ability, buyers acknowledge and accept that minor packaging imperfections or missing non-essential user manuals may occur.

3. Disclaimer of Manufacturer Warranties

Triple G is an independent liquidator operating the Gary Got Goods brand and is not an authorized distributor, partner, or affiliate of the brand names or manufacturers represented in our inventory. Consequently, original manufacturer warranties, guarantees, or after-sales support do not apply to items purchased through our platform.

4. Limitation of Liability

Triple G and the Gary Got Goods brand shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use, misuse, or resale of products purchased from our skids or website. Buyers assume all legal and commercial responsibility for verifying local compliance and safety standards before reselling or using any items.
